BDR Dogs looking for homes paw

Mika is a 16months approx X breed very lively young lady who could do with some training classes, she needs a expierenced owner who will be kind but firm. Mika likes water, she is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
Deano is a black/white Border Collie 2 years of age. Vaccinated, house trained, likes children. Deano is a happy dog with a lovely temperament, he is with his owners at present but they have to let him go through no fault of his own.
Zak This is Zak. He's a 7-8 year old boy with a wonderfully placid temperament. He's really good with children and people, loves playing "ball" but nervous when being walked close to traffic. Looking for a home due to a change in his home circumstances.

The following dogs are displayed by BDR in an attempt to help their current owners rehome them.
As these dogs are not in the care of BDR we are unable to verify any of the comments made, and any prospective new owners should satisfy themselves as to the condition and nature of the dog.
homed Meet Phil. I am looking to rehome him as he is very unhappy.
My son got him as a rescue dog a few years ago, we think he is about 8 years old, but unfortunately my son has had to move out and into rented accommodation and sadly couldn't take phil with him, I work long hours 6 days a week and can't get home in the daytime to see to Phil, hence he is very miserable, and trembles all over each morning when I put my coat on to leave the house! Very upsetting!
He is house trained, very loving, very good with children, I have a 3 year old grandaughter and he is very loving towards her, but not so good with other dogs.
Phil is in desperate need of some company! and is a very loving, loyal companion!
Ruby

Ruby is a staff cross, she is fully vaccinated, chipped and vaccinated for kennel cough but she hasn't yet been spayed, she had her last season just a week ago. She is approx 7 mnth old and is fully house trained. I would like her to go to a good home as i can no longer take her on the walks she needs because I have injured my knee, she is also not getting on with my other dog. She was abandoned at the veterinary surgery I work at and I took her home from there.
Photo to Follow Spike is a Jack Russell X Yorkshire Terrier. He is 7 years old, brown in colour. He is house trained, neutered, vaccinated. OK with other dogs and children. Good little dog looking for a new home through no fault of his own.

BDR held a fundraising stall at the HAPPA event which raised £106 despite poor weather. We hold freqent fund raising events, and microchipping days throughout the year. Some examples are:

  • Flag day raised £365
  • £257.22 at Barrowford Agricultural Show where we had a tombola stall and agaility ring.
  • £94.10 at Briercliffe Gala
  • £107.75 at Thompson's park in burnley
  • £158.62 at Todmorden Carnival and
  • £278.02 from two microchipping events
